Apartment Prices:

The apartment is fitted with a large living room, two double bedrooms and en-suite bathroom.
Apartment prices: from 500 € to 750 € per week (VAT included). Maximum 6 guests (2 children included).
For an additional cost of 20 € per night, we make a double sofa-bed available in the sitting- room (only for children).

Family Room Prices:

A large and full of light double room with en-suite bathroom.
Family rooms prices: from 80 € to 130 € per night (VAT included).
For an additional cost of 20 € per night, we make a double sofa-bed available in the sitting- room (only for children).

The Villa facilities for our guests are:
•    Free private parking.
•    4500 sq metres park, perfect for open-air ceremonies.
•    Restaurant and pizzeria, where typical Tuscan products and beer tasting can be experienced.
•    Guided tours for typical Tuscan wine tasting available.
•    160 sq metres room for parties, ceremonies, meetings.
•    Swimming pool (under construction).
